The cost of delivery and the services available are dependent on the contents of your basket and will be calculated at checkout . However here is a guide below;
STANDARD - Typically arrives in 2-14 days dependant on region
EXPRESS - Delivers in 2-5 Days depening on region
Our standard shipping services are fully tracked from start to finish and are available on all orders. The transit times vary on overseas deliveries but we always 100% tracked services so you can get updates at all times.
Our Express delivery options available only on certain baskets where we can guarantee the delivery times. If you are unable to see Express delivery at checkout it means your basket is not eligible for Express delivery. Items that are available for Express are labeled on their product page in the shipping message.
Our couriers typiocally deliver on Weekdays (Monday - Friday).
All our deliveries are fully tracked from start to finish and you will be notified of each step from dispatch to delivery and you can check the status of your order anytime from your account page or from the link in your confirmation email.
Depending on your country you may be liable for local import duties or taxes. PLEASE NOTE: These are your responsibilty and are not covered by SourceBMX at the time of checkout. Typically you will be contacted by your countries Import autorities or the courier to cover the costs of any import duties and taxes when your order arives in your country.
The Coronavirus has impacted all of us but we continue to ship orders from our warehouse as usual. We’ll always do everything we can to get your order to you and keep you riding. Although our warehouses are operating as normal we are experiencing some isolated delays with couriers / postal services which can impact on delivery times. Where possible we encourage you to use our Express Delivery options to get the fastest possible delivery.
While the vast majority of orders are shipping and arriving without delay please be aware that some couriers are experiencing some delays in certain regions.
