Frequently Asked Questions

  • To Track the progress of your order head over the "My Account" page to see your recent orders and tracking info. You will also be emailed and/or text your tracking number from our couriers. Note when an order status changes you will automatically be notified by email. Go to my ACCOUNT PAGE

  • If you need to change an item or cancel an order with us, please contact us by phone, Contact Us form or live chat as soon as possible. We will get on this as an urgent matter and get your order amended. If your order has already shipped we will advise of the next steps for you to return the items to us for an exchange/refund

  • Here at SourceBMX We offer a 90 day no nonsense returns policy. If you would like to return an item using Please contact us using the form below before returning your item and we will issue you with instructions/return number 

  • If you have a specific question about a product we can help with free friendly advice that only a rider-owned store can give. Just use the form below using the topic “I have a question about a product” or jump on our live chat feature and we will be happy to help.

  • All items sold by SourceBMX are covered by the relevant manufacturers warranties. These vary from brand to brand and product to product and are dealt with on a case by case basis. To make a warranty enquiry please use contact form below, using the "I believe my item is faulty" Subject and one of our staff members will contact you to resolve the issue. When emailing please remember to include as much information as possible. Note that attaching photos of the fault will speed up the process.

    Note: Worn grips, tyres & broken plastic products (seats, hubguards, peg sleeves, bar ends etc.) aren’t covered by warranty as this is due to natural wear & tear. Also, bent & twisted products aren’t usually covered by the manufacturer as it’s a sign of rider abuse rather than a manufacturers defect. However we will consider any warranty claim to determine what can be covered under warranty.
